Where I sit down with Gianna, a cosmetology student, every week while she is in school. We talk about the highlights and lowlights of the week, answer the questions, and then add the extras that school didn’t teach. Hands on demos and worksheets with things to practice or tips to make remembering easier.

Membership is getting to watch, hear, and learn all the answers, conversations, tips, tricks, and personal stories, that come up every week while I help my next apprentice get through school. All 1600 hours of her school we are going to talk about, walk through and love.

I am committed to her success as she will become my assistant and work alongside me. This is unfiltered. The info, the language, the stories. This is real life. Everything I give her, you’ll get too.

Passing the boards is the first goal, but it’s not my main goal. I want it all and you should too.

  • The podcast is just the beginning, it’s the highlight / lowlight of school. It’s the review with a few thoughts thrown in. The full uncut version.. it goes so much further. It’s the demonstration, the personal story, the here’s what they didn’t show you.

  • Practice makes Perfect. Noone is perfect. This is an art. We practice our craft. I am going to give you things to practice, to remember, to focus on.

    I will also make a little worksheet / note card with things to help you succeed. Today and tomorrow. This is a marathon we are looking at the big picture here.

  • This all comes to you in a weekly email and a message written to you by me. It might be supportive, it might be realistic, it might be silly, it might be just what you needed to hear to ket through this week.

  • Once a month we will have a live Q&A time to chat. I know it gets hard when we aren’t all in person hands on, but getting to talk it through or ask questions in real time is great. We are a community of artists, not in competition but growing together.

  • A place for me to share posts I like. They may be business, they may be unrelated to the industry, they may be above your head color theory. But if I like it save it and share it with my team, you’re getting it too.

  • YES. Payments are charged monthly, no refunds are given but cancel and you won’t be charged again.

  • Nope. Sorry, just the past podcasts are available. The full access comes weekly after membership. (there will be a full library package coming eventually)

  • If you want to know what’s it’s going to be like, welcome. However, this won’t make a whole lot of sense if you haven’t done school too. And absolutely does NOT replace proper in person education and hours required to take your boards.

  • As a member here, you have access to me in a private facebook group. There is also a contact section on the website that goes straight to my email. And let’s be honest, all the social have DM, we aren’t private people anymore. (however I may not see and respond to every message there, I try)

  • The information is the same. The order of teaching or the specific words may change but sometimes it’s best to learn multiple ways. Hearing something said or explained different may be just the “aha” moment you needed. Maybe it’s review of what you already learned, maybe it’s a preview of what’s to come. (and you’ll have the video and notes to come back to!!)

  • So many places. Click through the rest of the website to find longer more specific topic videos. Each come with notes worksheets and side note stories.

    There’s also workbooks, in salon shadowing, and 1:1 mentor calls with me.

  • Yes, if I have an opening. When I am ready to bring on someone new it will be posted. (If you’ve gone through this membership you have an advantage for sure)
